Celebs and influencers came, saw, and conquered the first weekend of Coachella 2022, and after a two-year COVID hiatus, us common folk were gagging to see what trends were to set the bar for all future festivals this season.
Boho Coachella Queen Vanessa Hudgens has conceded that neon is back. While day one saw the actress rock a see-through linked chain dress, Saturday and Sunday saw matching Fluro outfits. Her natural curly ‘do was icing on top of the radiant cake.
Vanessa wasn’t the only one rocking neon. Check out Bretman Rock, Conan Gray, Chloe Bailey and Tinashe’s Fluro style below.
GQ has dubbed Harry Styles one of the best-dressed musicians in the world. And we’re here for it. We love Harry for his bold and authentic style, all while breaking the gender norms. Coachella 2022 was no exception. Harry’s rainbow sequined jumpsuit wowed fans and pretty much turned everyone into stans.
More big-sparkle-energy came in the form of none other than Paris Hilton, Phoebe Bridgers, Megan Thee Stallion and Elsa Hosk.
Christina Milian is the present we didn’t even know we wanted, until she arrived in a bow. The metallic-purple matching set is the type of ‘extra’ we love to see at festivals. Her slicked and styled baby hairs frame her face, keeping their place all weekend. PSA: it’s super easy to style baby hairs! Just read our blog here for our how-to.
Anitta brought her Brazilian background to the desert in her Coachella debut. She walked on stage in a matching two-piece set with yellow, green and blue – the colours of the Brazilian flag – while a montage of the Brazil streets played in the background.
Other co-ords we’re loving from the weekend are from Nicole Scherzinger, Nia Sioux, Emma Chamberlain and Rickey Thompson.
Spiky up-dos are doing the rounds, again. As seen on Doja Cat, Billie Eilish and Halsey.
Last but not least, coloured eyeliner is here for a good time, not a long time. As seen on Chloe Cherry, Lili Reinhart, Hailey Bieber and Jhené Aiko.
