30 Day Money Back Guarantee

For products purchased directly from mermadehair.eu, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your EU right of withdrawal.

Please return the product with all accessories, manuals and, where possible, in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges, and do not accept returns on Gift Cards.

However, if the product is faulty, does not work or does not appear as it should, then a refund or replacement will occur only if the product was purchased from our website.

Returns Process

2. Ship your return back to our EU warehouse. Please note we do not cover or refund shipping costs.
3. Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.

Purchases From Retailers & Stockists

If you have purchased a Mermade product from a retailer you will need to contact the retailer directly for their returns policy. Your purchase will not be covered in our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or take advantage of our extended 30-day return policy by submitting a return request within 30 days of receiving your Mermade Hair order.
